The Saints Skills Spotlight Award is designed to help students talk about their skills in the format of a mock recruitment process. Students are required to submit a CV and cover letter tailored to an opportunity of their choosing. This is followed by a recorded virtual video interview. To successfully gain the Award, students must exceed the qualifying threshold for each of the three components. The Award indicates the student has learned how to present their skills in a competitive selection process.
