Saints Skills Spotlight Award Enhanced

The Saints Skills Spotlight Award is designed to help students talk about their skills in the format of a mock recruitment process. The Enhanced Award is presented to students who are shortlisted for an employer led assessment centre based on their performance in the earlier tasks in the qualifying pathway for the Award. The Enhanced Award indicates the student has learned how to present their skills in a competitive selection process including: a CV, cover letter, video interview, assessment centre activity and one to one interview.
