This module offers students training in spatial analysis with GIS software and basic coding. It will consist of three parts:
Part 1 (weeks 1-4): The first part of the module will consist of methodological training on how to use QGIS and run a Multi-Criteria Evaluation, Part 2 (Weeks 6-9) related to running spatial analysis using Python., and finally the last Part 3 (weeks 10-11) students will conduct an Independent Research Project on the topic of their choosing to demonstrate their new spatial analysis skills.
